Hey guys thought someone might be able to help me with this.

Recently I've be noticing that my front suspension on both driver and passenger side make this 'creaking' / 'popping' noise when I turn the wheel. Seems to happen mostly when turning in tight places like a parking lot, but its not consistent.

Little background info, I have a 06 dcsb with about 58,000 miles. Bought the truck about 3 years ago, has a 3" revtech lift on it ( came with truck), and 285/17 tires.
I just purchased a full OME kit and LR UCAs and will put on soon.

Anyone heard this same noise? Could it be the upper or lower ball joints?

    Thanks for the help

Most creaking is caused from dirt, or other crap inbetween the springs and spring mounts. Pressure wash them, and see if it goes away. However, being as you are going to replace them soon, replace them, and enjoy the better ride.

Could be the steering stop on the LCA. Put some grease on it, should go away.

Had the same on my 06. Replaced the lower strut bearings. No more creaking
