Wiring thru XM sharkfin Antenna

I would like to run wiring thru the location of the sharkfin antenna and am curious what th opening looks like. Is there a grommet that fits or fills the hole(s) left behind when removed? Would like to hear from anyone who has removed theirs. Pictures or dimensions of the removed antenna would be great. I would like to run wiring for lights and antennas thru this location and keep it clean and watertight.

This build thread should help. He ran wiring through the XM antenna with a grommet. Very clean install.
