Error Code P1135

    2002 Toyota Tacoma 3inch lift 4x4 TRD
    3inch lift 4x4 trd
    I checked the code and it said its the heating element within the air fuel censor pre catalytic. the harness that unclips the cable to the faulty sensor is located on top of the transmission and is a complete pain in the butt to access. I dont want to pay toyota to do it but... Im having a real problem here. any suggestions or info qould be most helpful. Im new here but will appreciate any help. THANKS!!
