2007 tacoma v6. Went to pass a snow plow truck. The truck kicked down 2 gears, hug in gear for a second then shifted and the check engine light started flashing and the truck fell on its face. No codes or power. It started sputtering and shaking. From what I've read it might be the plugs or the maf sensor needing to be cleaned. I'm about 4 hours from home so I'm gonna make the trip home in a couple days. Looking to see if anyone has had the same issue and what you did to fix it or any ideas that it might be. Thanks

Check engine light flashing indicates a severe misfire...youre in danger of melting your cats.

After looking over the truck a little bit. I found that the plug going to the number one coil pack was not in all the way. I pressed on it and it clicked in. Hope that was my problem.
