I have a 2008 Tacoma DBl Cab. Had a short in a trailer connection and now I don't have turn signals, speedometer or odometer and the check engine light is on and also the airbag light, any ideas I have checked Fuses and all seem to be ok.

According to my Chiltons book those systems do share some common feeds and grounds. Did you check the fuses with a meter or just look at them? If all the fuses do measure good, see if anything else isn't working like headlight and high beam indicators, etc. to help narrow down the common point in the wiring diagram. ETA: See if you have brake lights, tail lights, and hazard flashers. After looking further I suspect you don't have one of those and it's a blown fuse in the engine compartment.

Found that the airbag, turn signals and speedometer all go through the Ignition 1 fuse under dash. Replaced fuse that was blown and had to reset check engine light. Thanks
