4x4 light wont go out

    we recently had a snow storm about a week ago and i let my wife take my truck to work and while she was coming home she engaged 4 wheel drive and she said it made a loud clunk and now the light wont go out suggestions?

    If you tried everything to get it to disengage it could be your actuator?
    There are a lot of threads about it.
    Mine went in my 06. There are methods to test it out but do not know them for mine was still under warranty. The dealer fixed it.
    Here is a bump maybe other guys will chime in.
