My truck randomly has these lights click on, and I can hear a *click* from the glove box area. They flick on and off (and my speedo drops to 0) as if something is loose but I don't know what it could be? Is there one fuse that controls all of these?

It is worth noting that I was in 2WD, "D", going about 10mph when I took this photo

It would most likely be a loose connection, or perhaps a bad relay. All of those warning lights get their power from the same source, and since they are on, it looks like you are having something telling the cluster to turn on those lights. Looking at the wiring diagram for the control of those warning lights, it appears that they are all from different modules. Since they are from so many different controls, you may have a main relay that powers those units, failing intermittently, or perhaps a major ground that is loose. Another option is a bad harness connection. I would look behind the glove box (Since you mentioned hearing a noise there) and start looking around.

I narrowed the problem down, however now I am more confused.

I just happened to adjust my steering wheel so I could try to figure out why this problem is happening (look at fuse box) and noticed that when I move my steering column - it triggers it (or fixes it).

What in there would cause all the above to happen (as well as lock out my gear selector and not allow me to start)?
