Help to remove door panel from 2001 Tacoma

    For a while now, my door will not open from the outside. It does however from the inside. Anyways i attempted to take my door panel out this morning to try and figure out what is the problem. I believe i have one more step to do but am puzzled on how to do it. I am trying to remove my interior door handle and I believe i need to remove the plastic clip from some the rod but have no idea how to do it. Which piece removes from what piece? I also do not want to break anything in the process. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.
