Hey guys so I recently bought THIS LED setup for under my dash and seats. To go along with it I bought the mini add-a-circuit from their website to make an easy power installation.
On the instructions it said for the lights to come on anytime without ignition, you would need to connect the Add-a-circuit to a constant power source (Such as the Dome light fuse)
So 3 questions for you wiring guys:
1. The Dome fuse is in the engine bay and I have no idea how to get the wire through the tight grommet so I can put it out there. Any technique for an easy way?
2. This kit has a feature to allow for when you open the door the lights will illuminate automatically. In order to do this you need to splice the ground into the door switch that will turn the dome light on. Will the add-a-circuit need to be on the dome fuse to allow this feature to work? Or can it just be on any constant fuse?
3. Are there any constant fuse slots under 10AMPS inside the cab so I dont have to go to the engine bay?
Thanks for all future replies!
