Driver side CCFL halo out

I noticed that one of the two halos on the driver side headlight is out, I disassembled it and checked all the wires and connectors, everything looked right. What could it be? Can it be changed? Here are some pictures:

They are not mean't to last, I have heard of several sets going out, If you really wanna check what it is, open them up and check the wiring inside but those headlights are not high quality lights.

 

I have with them 1 year and 8 months now, you recommend to open the headlights and check the inside?

From what I've seen those halos and projectors aren't good...but just to double check take the light apart and check to see if power is running to it

 

What activates them? If they're tied to your DRL, they are flashing with the turn signal and I'm surprised they lasted this long.

 

Parking lights activate them

 

Should be good then.
Curious because the first pic shows the halos, but no headlights or parking lights.

 

the transformer went out I had the same thing happen to me its a little black box inside the housing. or it could be on the outside with some models.

 

If this is the case, you can probably replace it with one at The Retrofit Source.
