Check out some wiring diagrams. Find a wire that is "hot" with ignition on. Have the low current side of the relay (pins 85 to 86) spliced into that hot wire. Well. Put 85 to that wire and ground pin 86. Then run pin 30 to your battery. Pin 87 to your fan, then ground. Boom.

There should be a water temp sensor close to the thermostat that already closes at 180 or 195F depending on the vehicle, that turns the auxiliary A/C fan. All it is, is a resistor that closes the circuit when it gets to 0 Ohms. Use that to close the circuit on the relay as well to energize it and actuate so your fan can turn on at the same temp.

That's a better idea, I just need to find that cable in the fuse box

If you have a multimeter with Diode or continuity setting, is easier. Just trace the wire from the connector at the temp sensor to the A/C fan. Once you find it, trace it from a/c fan to relay and tap at the relay to singnal your other fan relay.

You need a 40-50 amp relay, a fuse tap for mini fuse, 30-40 amp fuse holder. for starters maybe an wired Led to indicate when relay has fan off.

Why don't you just buy a new fan controller, Amazon is your friend... they have flex-a-lite fan controllers.

BTW, there is no temp sensor that "closes" at the right temp. The ECU turns on the fan via the temp sensor readings at pre-determined levels. You'd have to tie into the temp sensor line, then figure out the readings at specific temps, then get something to fire off. Waaaayyyy too complicated.

If you do want to run the fan all the time (NOT a good idea BTW), you need a relay. Search up relay wiring, then you will need to wire up an ACC line to the relay's turn-on circuit, and another line from the battery, through the relay's power circuit, to the fan.

To be honest with you, unless you want to get a new controller, I'd stick to the manual switch.
