Hey guys, I've been a long time lurker and this is my first thread. Hope I posted this in the correct area. Any how onto my question, I have an 02 3.4l v6 prerunner and I'm currently in the process of purchasing 4wd parts. All the time I see something about someone wishing they had a twin stick transfer case, so I was just wondering what's the big deal with a twin stick transfer case? What makes it any different than single stick, other than having two sticks? Thanks for your input

Main thing is dropping panties with the two sticks.

Then there's also having the ability to control low/high and 2wd/4wd separately. This lets you have true 2wd with low range which can come in handy.

With a twin stick setup such as an np205 t-case (properly modified of course) you can shift into front wheel drive only. Front wheel drive combined with the e-brake can let you drag the front end around and 'pivot' around the rear.
