The other day I started up my truck, started backing up and stalled. I thought maybe I was just not paying attention to my clutch and stalled it. Went to turn it back on and it just kept cranking, trying to kick over. I turned it back off. I repeated this several times. I then gave it a minute or two, cranked it over and feathered the gas. It turned over and I throttled up as it seemed like it wanted to cut out again. I let it sit at idle for about a minute and drove off. I've driven about 300 miles since then, turning on and back off multiple times with no hesitation.

Any ideas what my problem is? Fuel pump not sending enough fuel?

    Truck is a 2008 V6 with 75k on it.

Hard to troubleshoot a one-time incident.
    Any codes?

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
I'm gonna guess you need a new battery. I could be wrong.

No codes. Battery shows green on top. I suppose 75k is ok life on a battery. Maybe I'll replace it just in case.
Weird that it only happened once. It's going to suck when it happens and won't work at all...

If the battery was bad, it wouldn't have the juice for the starter to 'crank' the motor. But it could be a loose battery or ground cable. Check them all for tightness. Remove and clean the battery post connecters with a post cleaner thingee.

This may not be the issue, but its good routine maintenance, and an easy thing to eliminate as a suspect.

While you're at it, check all the vacuum lines coming from the throttle body and intake manifold. Look for cracks, holes, bad connections, etc.

A built-in hydrometer only measures one of the six cells. Most auto parts and battery stores will test it free but it needs to be at leased 50% charged for a more accurate evaluation.

Sounds like you flash flooded the engine.
Drive it and forget it. Not going to find anything if you have gone 300 miles.

Another possibility. Still no issues 800 miles later. I am shopping for a new battery since I'm still on the original. Thinking odyssey pc1500.
