Toyotech coil over lift, k & n air filter.... Otherwise stock

So here's my issue, I noticed that there is chattering type of sound and almost sounds like a dust shield being pinged. But when the noise is present I have the accelerator down in normal driving but when I let off the pedal the noise goes away. There is a vibration in my steering wheel n it's been getting progressively stronger.

I thought wheel bearing but when I took it to a mechanic we went for a drive and he said it sounds like the noise would be coming from the differential. Now I did just change a cv shaft the week before but the noise had already been there, however it seemed to me that after that install the noise got louder... I'm stumped..any suggestion for my fix??
