2001 double cab tail light fuse blowing

    Deaver rear springs with Icon rear shocks. Total Chaos upper control arms with Icon 2.5 front shocks. Doug Thorley headers with Magna Flow cats and exhaust.
    HELP!!!!!!!
    Start truck turn on parking lights and truck will sit running and fuse doesn't blow. Step on brake some times fuse blows. Shift into gear sometime fuse blows. All new bulbs in dash, front lights, license plate lights and new tail lights assemblies. Starting to lose my mind.
