Fluid level could be low, check and top it off with Dexron-type ATF (NOT ps fluid !)

Also, could be loose PS belt (should also cause a squealing sound)

2005+s use 1 serpentine belt (not 3 belts like 1st gens) and are auto tensioned. So theres no belts to tighten unless your auto tensioner is not doing its job.

I'd agree, check your fluid level first. Otherwise it sounds like your PS pump is going out.

If you're low on fluid, then you've probably got air in the lines.

You need to jack up the front end of the truck, pour fluid in the resevoir and bleed the system.

Bleeding the system is easy. Front wheels off ground. Truck on. Turn wheels slowly from lock to lock several times while keeping the reservoir FULL. The air bubbles will come out of the reservoir from the return line. The key is keeping the reservoir full so it doesn't suck air in. Keep turning from lock to lock until no more bubbles appear in the reservoir.
