I started hearing a slight rattle or clicking whenever i hit even the smallest bump. It sounded like my tailgate was not shut all the way or something.

I could stand on the tail gate and bounce and hear that noise.
Eventually i noticed one of the torx bolts was coming loose closest to the cab. I could see the washer moving around.

Holy shit. So I went through all the bolts and everyone of them went about a turn each to tighten. The loose one went about three turns.

WTF is up with that? Anybody else have this problem?

i have those kinds of problems.... cab moves around and so does the bed... when i hit a bump the bed and cab crash together.... i blame this on my body lift... every couple weeks i have to get under there and tighten up all of my bolts.....

its proble just from the vibrations of everyday driving... try some thread lock if it happens agian!!!

Have you hauled anything heavy in the bed? Does the truck sit in the sun during the day?

It's because you don't have a ford with super-duper bed bolts that can hold the truck
