I have a 2004 double cab tacoma and it has started making a whining noise when I press the brakes hard. It does not do it when I press the brake normally. It makes the same noise whether the car is moving or just idling. Not sure if this some sort of vacuum leak or a bad brake booster or something. Any ideas or ways to test would be appreciated.
