Hey Guys, here is a quick setup guide I used for setting up my UltraGauge.
(click on PDF file below "UltraGauge - Gauge Setup info")

It shows how to go to settings and assign the gauges to each page.
It also shows the setting gauge name and the actual gauge displayed name. Plus the page scan delay time I used per page.

    Web site for UltraGauge; http://www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/

Also attached below is the manual & OBDII Error Codes info
    Hope this helps!!

Yeah, I know what it can do, I was just wondering what you guys like to monitor while you're driving.

1st page I have the instant MPG, Average MPG, coolant Temp, U-G Temp, percent engine load, MPH. on the second page I have my total miles to empty, and instant gallons/hr. I need to take more time to read the manual and set up some more gauges.

    As a suggestion If you use this as a quick guide;

    [IMG]UltraGauge - Gauge Setup info - PDF.pdf

This will give you 7 pages of gauges and from that you can always go back and fine tune it to suit you.

I don't know how accurate that % engine load is. I have that set up on mine right now and it can say 26-30% engine load while I'm sitting at a light idling at less than 1000 rpm :notsure:
My others displayed are instant MPG, average MPG, coolant temp, intake temp, and battery voltage. I only use the first page.

    Probably not too far off.
A good bit of energy is consumed even at an idle.

Yeah I am not 100% sure, i'm still learning about how the computer reads these different outputs. I have yet to see my % engine load go over 40, but i have not done any towing or climbing.

I have noticed that my MPH displays faster on my dash than it does on my ultragauge by a matter of 2 to 4 miles/hr. and I get about 19 Miles / gallon , not bad for a 2001

Sorry, I realized last night when watching the UG that i was completely wrong about the percent engine load in my truck, its gotten to about 60% at the highest when I was driving hard. not much higher. I used the UG to check my girlfriend's 99 solara the other night. Its displaying three different trouble codes, two of which are related to the emissions system and P0305, which may mean we need to replace one of the fuel injectors. not looking forward to trying to figure out how to fix it

My % engine load hovers between 25-40% at idle and up around 90% when driving hard.

That's one thing nice about having the gauge. As with the gauge in you girl friends car, its telling you a possible problem to monitor. But, with relaying on the "Engine Light" only, that's telling you, too late, problem - fix it now.

Hey guys need some help here.

Can someone provide me the readings of his MAF (g/s) at WOT. Only a reference scale. Is it something like 6 to 320 g/s or 6 to 120 g/s. I think i have a bog and searching it. It would be very helpful. Guys with scan or ultragauge probably have easy acces to these data.

    Thanks

This is likely no help to you, but I'll post anyway, just for reference.

    1st-gen 4-banger here, and I only have idle (3.6 g/s) and 40mph (20 g/s) readings
