I hear that you can move up to a P265/75 16 with the leveling kit only without scrubbing is that true...

Maybe start with telling what model and equipment you are asking about?

You have much to learn. First from what ive read here from doing searches here. Its not good to use leveling kits and offroad.
I think you should do searches (Homework) and then repost your question

personally I like the Tacoma lean if that's why you want to level, but if you want bigger tires you need a lift. and for ride quality? a suspension lift

If you're looking for a lift, but don't want to spend gobs of money, ditch the spacer and look at:

    http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Bilstein-Adjustable-lift-kit-with-5100-shocks_p_132.html

This will ride nicer. A majority of people on here run spacers because they're cheap etc then they hate the spacer lift and upgrade. Do it once and do it right!

where the back sits higher than the front. I want 3 inches when I do it in a year, but I like how it handles with the back higher up.

That's rake. As long as you lift evenly front and rear (I.e. 3" on all four corners) that take will still be there. However, before I got the dakar leaf pack I had a 2" AAL in the rear and after 3k miles, it started to sag causing the "bro lean" where the front is higher than the rear.

I can never and will never recommend spacers; with the exception of top plate spacers in the front. Now, I suggest replacing the whole leaf pack because adding a block, AAL or progressive AAL pack to the existing pack is not a good idea. The stock packs are not built/designed etc that well and those options are bandaids that will lead you to replacing the full leaf pack. The Dakars on their own give 2.75 inches of lift in the rear. They offer a D29XL AAL that you can add for extra load capacity as well as 5mm of extra lift. That is what I have now. The truck sits completely level.

As for making it stock rake, all I would have to do is remove the half inch top plate spacer in the front. But I like the level look. So you could skip on that spacer and it would have that "raked" look you are trying to achieve.

would it fit 285s, would it be noticeable? and I don't offroad, so would the leafs be bad for the street?
