I'm looking to set up 4 40 watt led pods on the front of my truck and I need a little help. I have 2 questions, first is how many relays should I use if I want them to turn on with the high beams? I have 2 lights and wont have the other 2 for a little while. Also what size wiring should I be using? Thanks

If they're all going to be controlled the same way (using a single switch and you do not want the ability to operate one pair separate from the other pair), then you only need one relay. As for wiring, I'd go 14 gauge at a minimum if using a 15 amp inline fuse. If you're using a larger fuse, you should upsize the wiring to make sure the wire can handle the capacity of the fuse (the fuse should always be the weakest link).

I wasn't sure if one relay could support the 4 lights without any voltage drop and physically.
