I have a set of tools that is a good 20+ years old. I have both an inch-lb and ft-lb torque wrench in the set. They've not been used in recent memory. (so, at least 15 years) Is there any reason to NOT believe the wrench when it clicks at my specified setting? Do torque wrenches ever lose their accuracy from not being used?
    Thanks!

Torque wrenches do lose accuracy from usage or non usage. it is a good idea to get them calibrated once in a while, if you need top hit the actual torque value. for smaller hardware, it would be critical to use a calibrated torque wrench. otherwise, there would be more wiggle room as you go larger in fastener size. the springs relax over time and need adjusting

in closing, it would be a good idea to get them calibrated, if you are going to use them. or you could get a new one and be ok with it.

The in-Lb is even more critical than the ft-lb.

to help maintain the torque wrench accuracy; always store them at the lowest setting and avoid dropping them.

Thanks guys, I always zero them out after use so not too worried, at least about the ft-lb one.
