    Hey,

Has anyone installed an MSD Ignition. A guy at work was telling me its a must. That it adds more horse power due to a bigger spark. I couldn''t find much info on it. Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks

its not only more spark but multi spark up to i think three times on the combustion stroke. Just make sure you have the right plugs i think it burns a little hotter. But the MSD doesnt make as much of a difference with the new coil on plug like we have on our taco's as much as it made a difference on old distributor points system

points only got to about 30 to 50,000 volts

coil on plug can be up to 100,000 volts
