Error Codes - Little help please

Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum but not to Toyota Pick-ups, been driving them for the last 36 years, had my Prerunner for 10 years and love it so far.

CEL came on today and I read two codes P0031 & P2238. I'm having a little trouble defining the technical terminology on these codes. Is the most probable culprit here the O2 Sensor right in front of the cat? I've read on forums to check/replace fuse & relay first. Anybody else experience these two codes before?

P0031 Toyota - Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circut Low Bank 1 Sensor 1

P2238 Toyota - A/F Sensor Bank 1 Short Circut

2003 Prerunner V6 115,000 miles No mods
