Strange vibration and squeaking when accelerating

I have a 2008 Tacoma TRD off road crew cab with 104000 miles. It has a 3" suspension life and 33s.

Here's the biz: I just got home from a 800 mile trip and towards the end of the trip, my truck started shaking really bad during acceleration in 1st thru 3rd gear. Along with the shaking came a weird rattling/squeaky noise. The last 400 miles I was towing a trailer, not very heavy, and only had some small furniture in it and a couple boxes.

If anyone has experienced this before or knows what it might possibly be please HELP!!

Sounds like a drive-line issue to me. Those 33" tires put extra stress on it. It could be a bad u-joint, or just dry u-joints (get them lubed). If you have a center-bearing, that could could have gone bad.
