Hood protector, window vents, Xtang trifold tonneau cover, Pioneer AVIC F700BT deck with Sirius and rear view camera, Pioneer 6.5" speakers in rear doors with custom made grills, Inverter inside console with outlets on rear of console, LED lights in cupholder and under climate controls, OEM style driving lights, Westin Stainless Steel Tube steps.
On my 09 Taco, I am having a problem with my wipers. When I put them on intermittent, they just run at slow speed same as if I put them on slow speed. When I put them on high speed, they stop wherever they are at. If I flip it up to the Mist position which should cycle the wipers once, they start and stop unless I hold it there.

Has anybody else had this problem? What do I need to replace to fix this problem? Is it the wiper control stock on the column or is there an actual module under the dash that controls the wipers?

it is in the stick itself

remove steering wheel, [snap/clip] in a new wiper stalk
    (might be a screw involved)

many models of toyota share the same wiper part so you can
usually safely fleabay one...or cross-reference part numbers and junkyard one
