spark plug torque spec???

Hey guys, I just did my 30,000 miles maintenance and I had to change my plugs. I looked in the manual and on the net but could not find the torque specifications for it . Would like to have it for the future when my I have to change them again. Thanks in advance.

The actual plugs, yes. 168 inlbs.

ftlbs x 12 = inlbs

inlbs / 12 = ftlbs
