PTO on 1998 Tacoma?

    What is the purpose of the neutral position on Toyota Transfer Cases? Do they have a power take off on them? Would I be able to run hydraulic accesories off the PTO? I was thinking it would be good to install a small picker in the bed for lifting heavy loads.
