VSC Switch on 07 Offroad

    2007 Offroad DCSB AT- VSC,TRAC,HAC, & DAC
    Icon Stage 8, ECGS Bushing, Timbren bump stops, Crown braided/extended brake lines, Overland Custom Design sway bar links, rear differential breather extension, oil filter drain hose, a/c drain hose extension & reroute, front windows tint, Cat Security, XPEL headlight/fog & grill protection, OEM block heater, RCBS illuminated 4X4 switch,
    The manual is a bit confusing concerning this button. Is the VSC Off Switch mainly used to free a stuck vehicle when in 2WD before relying on 4WD or the rear locker to get you out by useing the Auto LSD to apply brakes to the slipping wheel, thus giveing more torque to the wheel with traction? What are some other reasons to use this feature? Does the below operation of this switch sound about right...

    Normal Operation (2wd)... vsc on, trac on, autolsd off
    Push Once (under 62mph)... vsc on, trac off, autolsd on
    Push & Hold (with vehicle stopped)... vsc off, trac off, autolsd off
    Push Again (to return to normal)... vsc on, trac on, autolsd off

    I agree, I had to read and re-read that section in the manual quite a few times, and sometimes I still confuse myself!

    I think you have it right there.
