I Removed the lower panel to expose the fuse box and other wires.

I am trying to get to the back of fuse box, so i need to pull it down.

I removed a lower bolt that was holding it in place, but its still stuck on. It looks like there is another bolt holding it up, but its tucked back on the left side, and in order to reach it i apparently have to take the entire top dash piece out as it is all one piece across the top and down the left side.

Anybody have experience in this? I Don't want to have to remove the entire top portion of my dash, is there another way to get that thing down?
