4x4 front diff oil blowing out of vent tube

    04 4wd
    after 63,000 miles with no problem, started blowing oil out of front dif tube. in 2 or 4wd. front dif running cool. not overfilled. A.D.D. fully engaging and disengaging. everything working perfect, no vibrations no noises. after problem started, changed oil, oil looked fine, but continues to blow small amounts of oil out vent tube. checked with dealer, no TSBs for this problem. any advice. does anyone know if there is a baffle inside front diff to prevent oil blowing out the vent tube
