Installing A Driveshaft Center Bearing?

I have a 97 Tacoma 2.7L 4WD Excab and the Driveshaft Center Bearing is shot. Does anyone know how hard it is to do? Or does anyone have info on doing them? I dont know if they are pressed in or if they just slide in and out. Some guys call it carrier bearing.

i have the same problem with my taco, the bearing is pressed on and held in place with a nut. the bearing runs almost $200 bucks at the dealer but they wont change the bearing all they will do is the whole drive shaft and that thing goes for $1900 big ones. here is a little help http://tacomaterritory.com/wiki/index.php/Carrier_Bearing_Replacement . i need to figure out how to stop this issue.
