its pretty simple. Get the intake out of the way, pull the coils off, remove the plugs, and replace with the propperly gapped plugs. Use a little anti seize.

I would just add that since it an aluminum cylinder head, be careful not to over torque the plugs and make sure the engine is cool.

I'd use a torque wrench to the correct spec personally... (of which I don't know what that spec is)
