Need a litttle help on cleaning my throttle body

I did a search and could not find anything on "how to clean the throttle body" on my 4.0l 2nd gen. I was hoping to do this soon any help with pics or a write up would be great thank you.

 

I use carb cleaner in a spray can with a tooth brush. Take off the air intake until you can see the inside of the throttle body. Open the throttle up, spray some carb cleaner in the throttle body, work the carbon with the tooth brush. Repeat as needed, re assemble the the air intake. I have not had any problem using this method.
