offroad tires,lights,vhf radio

i have a 2002 3.4 liter V6 tacoma and i have a misfire , i changed spark plug wire set , and i don`t have a diagnostic tool to find out whats wrong , seems like it`s misfireing or running on 5 cylinders,any thoughts on what might be wrong,my friend has a diognostic tool but no adapter,can anyone tell me what the diagram for which cylinder is which
