Hey guys, there is a slight ticking noise coming from my engine and I read something about it being the PWM Valve so I am going to get some rubber grommets and try that but with my truck having 125k miles could it be time for a valve adjustment?

the grommet trick only reduces the sound. but thats only if the ticking is from the injectors. if its coming from anywhere else the gromet wont help.
