Hey guys, i was following a sticky thread yesterday that had diff change, tranny change, throttle body cleaning, and a bunch of other preventative maintenance that I can not find for the life of me now!!

Anyways my question is I changed my manual tranny oil and only got 2 quarts of oil in it before it started pouring out the fill plug.........is this normal? i read i would need 2-3 quarts and figured I would get at least 2.5 quarts. Anyone have the same experience?

As long as you were parked on level ground and it was full, you are okay.

What kind of oil did you use? I put redline MT-90 in mine a few months ago and it shifts great now.
