truck idle weird after disconnecting battery

so i was putting in a radio in my 03 tacoma sr5. i had disconnected the negative battery terminal to avoid any shorts or shocks. but however the next day when i was done installing and i reconnected the battery, i noticed my taco was idling kinda rough. and when gear is engaged the rpms drop really low and it idles rough. now i came up with a theory that maybe the vehicle is gonna take some time to fine tune itself(hence the computer) since the battery was disconnected. if you all think that maybe it is something else please help me, i have no cel or misfire. im stumped!!

 

what would the wires with the radio install have to do with anything? but incase ur wondering i used the same wires that were in the truck to begin with. i did a google search on this n it looks like i aint in virgin territory here. this has happened to lots of people every1 has diff outcomes which sucks. but ill try disconnecting again. lets see wut happens (y 30 seconds? was that outta thin air LOL) i like u man, ur pretty cool

 

i hear ya loud n clear man, but trust me, i dont many many many stereo installs and i always double check my wire work before i even install. everything was good bro. ill do wut u say and see if it works itself out. thnx again
