95' Tacoma 248k and counting

Arb and 8000lb winch

Hey folks, newbie here. Been looking around, but thought I would join now that I have a serious question. I have access to a wrecked 2003 auto. v6 with 60k on it. I am curious if I can put that motor in my 95' xtra cab without major fabrication. Has anyone done something similar? The 95' has 248k and counting, smoking on start up and is getting tired. Thanks for any help/suggestions.
