HELP!! just threw a code P0705

Hey Fellas,

I couldn't shift out of Park yesterday, and same problem today. I used the manual override, and as I was pulling out of the driveway, my airbag light came on. I checked my ultraguage for the code.... P0705...

From what I have read that people had trouble shifting, or delays, or after the had a security system installed.... but that isn't what I am having...

anybody had this happen? or ideas?
