I purchased a superwinch equiped with steel cable and am going to replace with syn.
The fairlead is the steel roller type.
Do I need to change the rollers to the delrin/poly style or will the syn. line be OK with the steel rollers?
Not really wanting to use the billet non roller style fairlead.

I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
You dont have to change, but its easier then trying to untangle 50' of synthethic rope out of your fair lead rollers :D

Not quite sure what you meen.
Will the syn line get in between the rollers and cause a big problem?

So the non roller is the way to go?

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
You need a aluminum fair lead for the Syn line.

They make Delrin rollers for synthetic line. Yes, you need to change fairlead ASAP. It saves a ton more weight too.
