Aunts 04 4runner with close to 200k miles recently started having problems, stealership said it was the t-case. Would like some opinions on what the problem is. 4x4 and 4x4 with an x over it are flashing and the vsc and vsc trac are on constantly. check engine light is on as well. heres a pic.

    thanks for the help

Failure of shift motor on 4runner tcase is common. Also expensive as hell to fix it.
