Vacuum pressure limits

I'm about to do a complete brake job including replacing the rear wheel cylinders on my 06 Tacoma. I plan on flushing the brake fluid as well. Does anyone know what the maximum vacuum pressure I can use on the master cylinder during this process?

 

If you are using a powered flushing machine connected to the master cylinder reservoir, I wouldn't go much more than 10psi of positive pressure. If you are talking about the hand held vacuum bleeder connected to each caliper, I don't think you will be able to create enough vacuum to hurt anything. Just keep the reservoir full.
