Power Locks problem

    i have a 2009 v6 PreRunner with key-less entry and the only door that works with the keyless entry is the passenger back door...i checked the fuse and its not burnt. even when i unlock the driver side door with the key (turn two times to the right and all door are supposed to unlock) none of the other doors unlock except the passenger right rear door. could it be anything else beside the motors? has anyone had any problems like this?
