Windshield Wiper Arm Removal

    Can someone help me with the removal of the windshield arm. I followed the fsm but got stuck.

    I popped off the cap and removed the bolt. I think that's all that is required but I couldn't get it off. I pulled a little and pride a little with a screwdriver but it didn't move. So, I did want to use anymore force. Any ideas?
