    Hey guys,

I have had this laptop for a little over a year now and just recently I have started getting the BSOD (Blue screen of death) with the error message displaying "DRIVER_IQRL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

I've done a full system recovery with no luck. Ran a memory test with no problems found, updated all my drivers, but I'm still getting this message. Can anyone help?

    BTW: It's the HP-G60550CA running windows 7

Go to bleepingcomputer.com. They will help you out there. They will have you recover the memory dump that the BSOD causes. Have you back up and running in just a couple days. I would help, but the BSOD is not a department I am overly familiar with. One of your drivers is giving a stop code, but I dunno which one from just that error message. Try starting up your computer without running extra drivers.

Could you provide us a timeframe you began getting this BSoD? I ask, because you may have started receiving this infamous BSoD because your driver was updated.

Also, please provide a breakdown of components by using Windows built-in DxDiag. Start > Run > DxDiag > Save all Information. It's fully descriptive enough for this particular error and means you don't have to download more sophisticated programs.

If you've updated the driver recently, please inform us exactly where you got the update(s) from (whether HP's site or the video card maker's).

I've been getting the BSOD for about 1 week now. Even after a full system recovery..before I updated anything. After I updated, I'm still getting the error. I just went to device manager and updated everything one by one using the update driver button.

    here is the DxDiag file

When you laptop starts press F8 until you see some different choices regarding startup. You then want to select LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION.

Thanks for the website man. I gave them my minidump files and he was able to pinpoint exactly what was causing the problem. I updated some things he told me to do, and it's been working like a charm so far *fingers crossed*
