    Good comparison..

    I wouldn't worry about wattage issues.(One of those uses more wattage) Personally, I would select all your components except power supply, then choose your power supply allowing room for more components in the future that you cant afford right now.

    I was thinking probably DVI, I haven't used it before but that is what most people use I believe. If I stick with the 7790 it has dual dvi ports.
