I have all 3. It just depends on the game. Super Mario on Wii is AWESOME.

Xbox 360 has better online gaming severs. Xbox 360 has better games. PS3 is an Xbox 360 with a blue ray disc player.

I have the PS3 love it. My Girlfriend's 21 year old Son has Xbox360 & is a heavy gamer. He said my PS3 beats his Xbox360 hands down & now he wants to upgrade to a PS3.

PS3 by far the other consoles are already obsoleet with the firmware updates on the ps3 your allway's up to date sony is gearing up for one that will let you watch 3D movie's on the new 3d tv's that come out later this year. If you have a (blueray player non ps3) you have to start all over again to because they aren't capable of playing the 3d movies so my point is!@!!! It only does everything.

    Well, I made my decision.

-I decided the only real reason to get the Wii was for Super Mario. Game selection is kinda thin, and while you get downloadable content, there's only so many old games. It's also sold out from here to eternity still. I have 3 other friends that I could borrow games from, which would have been nice.

-PS3 is a pretty complete package, but you pay for it. $400 and it's also sold out. Only one other person I know has this.

So that brings me to the X360. Found the X360 Elite at Best Buy, which included the controller, Lego Batman (which is fun to me, screw you haters), some racing game, headset. Cost $300, but gave a $50 in-store credit, so I got Modern Warfare 2. Downloadable content looked good too. For the amount I paid, I can pay for 2 years of Live before I get to the cost of the PS3, plus I already have 3 games. My brother and 3 other friends have one, so I can borrow games and do plenty of online play.

    3.5 more hours left of clock-punching :(

PS3 $400 and sold out? Where?

It's $299 here and in stock in every Target, Walmart etc.

I've got the PS3 and the Wii, both of them do more dust collecting now. But if I had to keep only one, I would keep the PS3. Good Blu Ray player.

I'm looking to get the PS3 next month. I don't have a blue ray player, and if I understand correctly, you can surf the net/create an online acct for free. I'll also have to get a big tv too.

Yes... assuming you are hooked up to your router/modem etc.
Yes...online play with the PS3 is free.
Yes...you can surf the net also. My husband tried it out a few years ago and the browser/firmware is pretty BAD. I don't know if they fixed that since....but I wouldn't recommend browsing unless you don't have access to a real computer & a real browser. We actually have a wireless keyboard that we were using while surfing with the PS3.

Wii. Best overall value, gets most use out of all my consoles (xbox 360, ps2, Wii, game cube, pc).

I own a PS2. There were just more games for me at the time. When XBox 360 and PS3 came out. A large number of the game manufacturers didn't limit themselves to just PS3. Instead, they opened their horizons to both systems. Which is now why I own the 360.
