    Been using Firefox for several years now. Started at home on my Mac. It seemed to run slightly faster at that time than Safari and was a speed burner compared to Internet Explorer.
    When I got the chance at work switched on my PC. Haven't gone back.

    Not only do I not use IE but I don't do Windows. Linux Fedora for me and Google Chrome for a browser.

    chrome is ok... lots of security issues (just google it) so i don't use it. firefox is my personal favorite but a browser is just like anything else... there are tons of them out there that all do the same thing, you just use the one that you like the best.

    Trying Opera 10.5...speed is comparable to Chrome (IMO), with a lot more bells and whistles (most of which I don't use). Yeah, Firefox is okay...little slow.
