iPhone 4

Growing increasingly disenchanted with Apple. Got my "free" case in today, and it won't fit on the phone. Yes, it's "free" and so I'm not out of pocket, but then had they designed the phone properly they wouldn't have had to release the "free" case.

The one I got was the Incase Snap Case. If you haven't ordered yours yet, don't get this one.

You're right it's just the "free" case that apple sent me to fix their half-baked device.

 

I have that case from the free case program, and it fits fine.

I called a few Apple stores around the valley today to see if they had iPhone 4s in stock. My wife is ready to get one.

Out of 6 Apple stores I called, 3 of them had only 32 GB iPhone 4s in stock and 3 stores had & both 16 32 GB in stock. They all said "We only have a few on hand and you should come right in." Funny how they all said the exact same thing, like they were reading off a script.

Anyway, we went to the Simi Valley store and picked up a 16 GB. Much easier than ordering online and waiting 3 weeks.

 

How did this thread turn into how you got your iPhone 4

 

Anybody have recommendations on screen protectors? I only see the anti glare available on Apple's website. I prefer not to have the matte finish. Thanks for your input.

The only real issue the I-phone 4 really has is the proximity sensor but its a huge one. And the new OS update didn't do shit to fix it either....

first and foremost, i am an EVO user with froyo

flash is one of the most overated things ever on the android phones.

it works ok to watch video, but try and fast forward or do anything that requires a click within the flash area. forget it. it sucks if the full screen is flash stuff and you want to scroll to anouother part as well. i'm less than impressed with flash.

that said, the EVO still kicks the shit out of other phones

no. not until iPhone 5 is released, and even then i think that Apple will sell the iPhone 4 for a year at Verizon, until the next iPhone.
